Grace M. Lundy

Grace Lundy is an associate attorney primarily focusing on the education law practice area. Grace brings a practical and proactive approach to her clients and their needs. Her experience in schools gives her firsthand insight into the day-to-day operational, instructional, and personnel challenges educators and administrators navigate, while her legal training allows her to analyze issues strategically and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance. This combination uniquely equips her to understand not only the legal frameworks governing schools, but also the real-world pressures and practical considerations that shape their decision making.
She earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence Awards for Legal Research and Writing III; Drafting: Child Advocacy; and Family Law. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Loyola University of Chicago.
Grace has worked for several organizations including: Equip for Equality Special Education clinic, James B. Moran Center for Youth Advocacy, and the Chicago Public Schools Office of Administrative Hearings. In addition, Grace holds a Professional Educator's License, has taught school, and has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Refugee One.
