Nicole E. Bojrab

Nicole (Colie) Bojrab practices in the lending and finance area. In her role, she provides guidance to banks, lenders, and businesses nationwide to close loans, negotiate title insurance, analyze business transactions, and guide clients throughout the loan closing process. She conducts a wide range of commercial lending transactions, with a focus on Small Business Administration (SBA) government guaranteed loans, as well as USDA and conventional financing.
Nicole has a strong foundation in both law and finance, having earned her J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and a B.S. degree in finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Bloomington.
During law school, she was highly involved in various organizations, including serving as Executive Symposium Editor for the Health Law Review and participation in the National Health Law Moot Court and the Health & Human Rights Clinic. She was also a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society, Willkie Inn, Dean's Tutorial Society, Mckinney Mentoring, Business Law Association, Women's Law Caucus, and Asian Law Student Association.
Nicole gained practical experience through numerous internships and externships including a judicial externship with the honorable Judge Holly A. Brady of the Northern District of Indiana, as well as Cummins Incorporated.
Nicole advises banks, lenders, and businesses nationwide on closing loans, negotiating title insurance matters, analyzing business transactions, and guiding clients through every stage of the loan closing process.
